Training Activities
• We run training activities at venues across the country and as such we can offer our services within reach or even hosted by you

• Awareness presentations and Full/Half Day Taster sessions are available for all of our training services

Event Activities
• We run event activities at venues across the country to promote the awareness and the importance of health and wellbeing

• We aim to better serve our communities - carers, teachers, office workers, seniors, families, protected characteristic groups - the list is endless as we all deserve help to live and stay well!

Weekly Group Activities
• Based in Yorkshire we run weekly group activities in the community and for organisations and our coverage area is expanding all the time

• All are welcome to join our community groups and the atmosphere is always friendly, inclusive and supportive

• We work with adult, family and youth groups - we can also offer a one-to-one and home visit options on some of these activities

• WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) is a structured but flexible framework to develop an effective personal plan to help attain and maintain wellbeing by overcoming distressing physical or psychological symptoms or unhelpful behavioural patterns

To achieve this there are strict guidelines that we follow when doing any work involving WRAP laid down by its developer Mary Ellen Copeland at the Copeland Centre in Vermont State, USA

• WRAP works within 5 Concepts and 15 Values and Ethics and has been proven as affective in the long term maintenance of good health - this longevity distinguishes it from many other techniques

WRAP SUPPORT GROUPS (Product Code: SG-9101-2)

• WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) is a structured but flexible framework to develop an effective personal plan to help attain and maintain wellbeing by overcoming distressing physical or psychological symptoms or unhelpful behavioural patterns

• Underpinning all levels of WRAP provision are that people are seen as unique individuals and support their empowerment, independence, recovery and maintenance of their wellbeing. To achieve this there are strict guidelines that we follow when doing any work involving WRAP laid down by its developer Mary Ellen Copeland at the Copeland Centre in Vermont State, USA

• WRAP works within 5 Concepts and 15 Values and Ethics and has been proven as affective in the long term maintenance of good health - this longevity distinguishes it from many other techniques

• Everything to do with WRAP is in a safe learning and sharing environment
All our WRAP facilitators are professional, personable and often draw from their own experience of difficulties - they are all fully accredited with the Copeland Centre


Ongoing WRAP Based Peer Support and Recovery Activities for Anyone Who has Attended One of our WRAP Workshops

• Our WRAP Support Groups are held to offer participants of WRAP dedicated time to develop their WRAP even further and to embed all the learning gained from a WRAP workshop
• friendships often develop as well as practical support thereby reducing isolation and building community networks

• Held as a facilitator led group
• Sessions are ongoing and run typically every fortnight for 2.5hr on a 'per-session' drop-in basis

WRAP Facilitator Accreditation: A Popular Combined Program Aimed at Healthcare Professionals
