Increasing Awareness of Evoke's Activities and Work

Key Features
• Part of Evoke's Additional Services family aimed at promoting health and wellbeing....
• By increasing awareness and enabling groups of people to support each other in the longer term feeds the culture and importance of wellbeing in our home, local and workplace communities

• Afternoon Tea Events, Balls, Pamper Sessions, Event Stands, Weekend Retreats and many more!
Methods
• Our Event Stand work aims to bring subjects relating to wellbeing to you!
• At our information station(s) we are able to take referrals, signpost to activities and demonstrate our services
• Demonstrations are 10 to 20 minutes in length and can be repeated throughout the day(s)
• They all initiate and develop discussion about our activities and work and how we can best deliver them to you
• Our delivery style can be adapted to work with the theme of the event eg. based upon a demographic groups (eg. seniors/women/men/carers)
• Often we have small items for sale that promote wellbeing eg. our WRAP-Sacks

COURSE OVERVIEW PRESENTATIONS (Product Code: Various)

Full Overview of Techniques and Benefits of the Nominated Course with Interactive Exercises

Key Features
• Part of Evoke's Additional Services family aimed at promoting health and wellbeing....
• Our overview presentations give individuals and organisations an understanding of the underpinning philosophy and different sections of a chosen Evoke course, workshop, initiative or area of work
• By increasing awareness and enabling groups of people to support each other in the longer term feeds the culture and importance of wellbeing in our home, local and workplace communities
• Sessions are 1 or 2 hours in length and can be repeated throughout the day(s)
• Post-session follow up is offered in the form of an invitation to visit our information station(s) where we are able to take referrals, signpost to activities and demonstrate our services
• Refreshments can be made available

Methods
• Our Course Overview Presentations aim to bring subjects relating to wellbeing to you!
• These introductory sessions lets the audience know what a course is all about and gets them involved to initiate and develop discussion about the chosen subject
• Our delivery style can be adapted to work with the theme of the event eg. based upon a demographic groups (eg. seniors/women/men/carers)

Who Can Attend?
• We run groups for adults and youth groups
• The requirements for this activity are:-
1) A venue with a room with ample space for the audience to be seated and to move around
2) A minimum of two separate electric sockets are required in the room (double or single)
3) We need to be notified if we need to fetch a flipchart stand (paper and pens will be provided by us)
4) Projectors and other equipment are not mandatory but useful if available for presentations for larger groups

COURSE TASTER SESSIONS (Product Code: Various)

Practical Insight into Techniques and Benefits of the Nominated Course with Theory and Interactive Exercises

Key Features
• Part of Evoke's Additional Services family aimed at promoting health and wellbeing....
• These introductory sessions lets the audience 'have a go' at one of Evoke's courses, workshops or initiatives
• Through hands-on work they give individuals and organisations an understanding of the underpinning philosophy and different sections of a chosen subject
• By increasing awareness and enabling groups of people to support each other in the longer term feeds the culture and importance of wellbeing in our home, local and workplace communities
• Sessions are 2 to 4 hours in length and can be repeated throughout the day(s)
• Post-session follow up is offered in the form of an invitation to visit our information station(s) where we are able to take referrals, signpost to activities and demonstrate our services
• Refreshments can be made available

Methods
• Our Course Overview Presentations aim to bring subjects relating to wellbeing to you!
• We give short overview presentation to let the audience know what a course is all about followed by hands-on exercises selected from the curriculum
• We like to initiate and develop discussion about the exercises
• Our delivery style can be adapted to work with the theme of the event eg. based upon a demographic groups (eg. seniors/women/men/carers)
