You can use the lists to:-
• Book your place(s) at one or more Confirmed1 activities
• Book place(s) and state a venue preference for one or more Scheduled2 activities
The activities are colour coded for their different types and new ones appear all the time - watch this space!


To make a booking:-
• Tick the box next to an activity date to add that line to your booking then complete the input fields marked in grey associated with that line
• In the Status column you will see the type of each activity as Scheduled or Confirmed, the latest news on its venue and the numbers of places remaining
• Once you have completed all your booking lines use the Book Now... link or scroll down to enter your details and send your request to start the booking process


• We will update the lists at the start of each calendar month - any late additions in a month will be indicated by its Start Date being marked up in red
• Payment can be made by post via a cheque (allowing an extra 3 business days to clear) and in person via cash or credit/debit card

NOTES ON VENUES

When you see the type of an activity as Scheduled or Confirmed in the Status column in the activity lists the following apply:-

Confirmed Activity Venues
• Here the venue has been fixed
• The address and a link to the full details OR the near locality of the venue will be indicated in the activity list

Scheduled Activity Venues
For scheduled activities we like to offer our clients a choice of where they can attend via the activity list:-
• When we scheduled a date we will propose the next Region in the Venue column as part of our repeating tour covering the whole of the UK and near islands
• Having chosen a suitable date website users can use the pull down list in the Venue column to indicate a preferred region when submitting their enquiry
• We often deliver services direct to host organisations using their in-house facilities as long as they are appropriate for the activity - please indicate if you want to do this by using the Want to Host? pull-down box for the activity
• As we take on enquiries for regions then we will firm up on a Location within each region (usually a city) and indicate it in the Venue column
• Once we have the minimum group size we will indicate the activity is Confirmed in the Status column and the set the exact Venue providing the address and full details OR near locality of it in the Venue column
• We will continue to advertise to allow additional attendees to join the activity up until the 2 days before start date or the maximum number is reached indicating places remaining in the Status column as they go

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Here is a summary of the booking contract formed between Evoke Recovery Network Ltd. ('We'/'Us') and yourself ('You'/'Your') as the responsible representative of your party ('The/Your Party') at the point where confirmation to attend ('The/Your Booking') is received by us verbally or in writing/email:-

Deposits, Payments and Invoices

• For training services and certain other activities a 20% deposit of the total cost of the booking is required within ten working days of the date the booking was made - if the start date of the (first) session (in a program) is sooner payment in full will be required immediately

• For training services and certain other activities payment in full (less any deposit paid) must be received by us and cleared in our account within thirty days of the (first) invoice date or a minimum of ten working days prior to the indicated start date of the (first) session (in a program) whichever is the sooner

• For weekly group activities payment in full (less any deposit paid) must be received by us and cleared in our account a minimum of five* working days prior to the indicated start date of the (first) session (in a program)

• Exceptions to these payment in full conditions are as follows:-
1) For weekly group activities indicated as 'Drop-In' (on whole sessions) payment for each session can be made at the door upon arrival
2) Where prior arrangement with us is made

• Payment can be made by post via a cheque (allowing an extra 3 business days to clear) and in person via cash or credit/debit card. A charge of 2.75% will be applied for payments by card. Please do not send cash in the post

• Invoices will be normally only be raised for training services and certain other activities - if you require an invoice for your chosen activity then please indicate this at the time you confirm your booking

• If you are the responsible representative of your party all communications and payments must be overseen/administered by you or your indicated representatives

Additional/Redundant Places

• If you wish to increase the number of places in your party prior to the (first) session (in a program) we will do our best to accomodate if the maximum group size is not reached and if prior arrangements such as venue and materials available will allow

• If you wish to decrease the number of places required in your party prior to the (first) session (in a program) we will construe this as a cancellation of the place(s) in your party - see Cancellation by You below

• If you are the responsible representative of your party all communications must be overseen/administered by you or your indicated representatives

Cancellation by Us

• If external forces out of our control (1) apply such as staff illness or a problem arises with the venue we reserve the right to cancel the whole activity right up to and including the indicated start date of the (first) session (in a program)

• If the minimum number of persons booked to attend does not reach the indicated minimum group size (2) prior to the indicated start date of the (first) session (in a program) required we reserve the right to cancel the whole activity

• For the above any deposits/payments made by you will be refunded in full

• If at the second or any subsequent session in a program condition (1) above applies or if the attendance numbers regularly dwindle to an unsustainable level below the indicated minimum group size we reserve the right to cancel the remaining sessions of a program and make refunds on a pro-rata basis at our discretion

• If external forces out of our control (3) apply such as weather or a problem arises with the venue we reserve the right to cancel one or more sessions from an activity - we will endeavour to re-schedule the lost sessions or make up time but in any event no refund will be offered here

• Where we cancel any whole or remaining activity we will always notify you as soon as we can using the contact details you have given us - we rely upon the medium used and your diligence to pick up messages here - no responsibility for the failure of either is accepted by us

• In the event of us cancelling the whole or remaining sessions in an activity you can let your interest stand and we will continue to offer you an alternative venues and dates

• We will discuss this with you when we cancel and evey 60 days to see if you want a refund or to extend the period (to a maximum of 3 renewals )

• At any stage during this period you may elect to withdraw or redirect your interest in an activity by contacting us

Cancellation by You

• For cancellation due to factors out of our control the following apply:-

a) If you or a member of your party cancels 60 calendar days or more prior to the (first) session (in a program)
1) Any deposits/payments made by you will be refunded in full
2) Alternatively let your interest stand and we will continue to offer you a alternative venues and dates
3) At any stage during this 60 day period you may elect to withdraw or redirect your interest in an activity by contacting us and any deposits/payments made by you will be refunded in full
4) After the this period is up we will contact you at that time and evey 60 days to see if you want a refund or to extend the period (to a maximum of 3 renewals )

b) If you or a member of your party cancels less than 60 calendar days prior to the (first) session (in a program)
Any deposits/payments made by you will be refunded as follows:-
1) More than 30 days: 20% deduction
2) 30 days or fewer: 50% deduction
3) 10 working days days or fewer: no refund
All deductions here will be made based on the list prices for each place ignoring any discounts attracted for larger group sizes and the remaining group may be asked to pay any discount lost due to the reduced party size

c) At the (first) session (in a program)
Non attendance at the (first) session (in a program) will be construed as cancellation of the booking for the whole activity/program unless by prior arrangement with us - there is normally no refund in this situation

d) During the second or subsequent session of a program:-
1) No refunds will be made for missing individual or multiple sessions in a program - please keep us informed as to when you are able to return to the program and be aware your activity completion status may be affected
2) You can cancel your remaining booking at any time during a program - please notify us as soon as possible but we ask that you do not announce your departure during any session or just walk out as this is very disruptive for others - there is normally no refund in this situation
3) Non-attendance at any remaining sessions in a program without notification to us will be construed as cancellation of the booking for the whole program unless by prior arrangement with us - there is normally no refund in this situation

• If you are the responsible representative of your party all communications and refunds must be overseen/administered by you or your indicated representatives

Hosting an Activity

• An 'on-site' contact needs to be available for all the days of an activity to help with any problems and/or enable our facilitators and participants to access/leave the building at times before and sometimes after the indicated activity start/end times

• Rooms need to be quiet, reasonably soundproof and big enough to seat all the participants at tables and to move around

• Some training services require a separate breakout room for last day for a confidential chat with each participant

• Projectors and other equipment are not mandatory but useful if available for presentations for larger groups

• A minimum of two separate electric sockets are required in the room (double or single)

• We need to be notified if we need to fetch a flipchart stand (paper and pens will be provided by us)

• If you are the responsible representative of your party all communications and arrangement must be overseen/administered by you or your indicated representatives

The Anchorage Activity Centre

Description
The Anchorage Activity Centre in Shipley is a thriving multi-purpose centre used by people of all ages for parties, groups, rehearsals, events and meetings

An independent, not-for-profit activity centre managed by Anchor, The Anchorage offers the local community a welcoming place to socialise with new people and enjoy a range of hobbies

The centre is open 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday and offers breakfast and lunch menus daily as well as tea and coffee facilities. There are also an array of evening activities that take place between 7pm and 9.30pm and additional events at weekends. Our timetable of activities is updated on a weekly basis so please check the noticeboard to see what’s coming up

Parking is available

• Underpinning all levels of WRAP provision are that people are seen as unique individuals and support their empowerment, independence, recovery and maintenance of their wellbeing. To achieve this there are strict guidelines that we follow when doing any work involving WRAP laid down by its developer Mary Ellen Copeland at the Copeland Centre in Vermont State, USA

• WRAP works within 5 Concepts and 15 Values and Ethics and has been proven as affective in the long term maintenance of good health - this longevity distinguishes it from many other techniques

• Everything to do with WRAP is in a safe learning and sharing environment

A Facilitated Workshop to Develop a Personal WRAP Plan

• Sessions are held weekly typically 2.5hr/session for 8 sessions and it is a closed group after the second session

• Follow up support is offered in the form of an invitation to a locality based WRAP Support Group (where available) and/or a closed social media page for workshops participants

• In a WRAP Workshop we work through each of the 7 parts of WRAP and demonstrate examples through discussion and interactive learning materials

• Even though it is a group environment each participant develops their individualised WRAP Workbook which they keep for life
